John E. Ord, founder and CEO of Ord Properties, Inc. and co-founder and
CEO of Ord & Rodgers Construction, Inc., holds a Master of Business Administration
degree and has over 40 years of experience in the California home building
industry.
Wallace R. Rodgers
Wallace R. Rodgers, president and co-owner of Ord & Rodgers Construction,
Inc., has been a licensed general contractor, and has accumulated over
40
years of professional experience in residential real estate construction.
Patrick Ord
Patrick Ord, CFO of Ord & Rodgers Construction, Inc., holds a Masters of
Accountancy in Information Systems. He has over 10 years of experience
in managing financial and technology initiatives in multiple Fortune
500, mid-market, and start-up companies.
Andrew Ord
Andrew Ord, Project Manager for Ord & Rodgers Construction, Inc., is a graduate of Brigham Young University’s highly
regarded Construction Management program.
Andrew has experience in many different
areas of construction and business.
Kathy Napoli
As Administrative Vice President, Kathy Napoli oversees Ord & Rodgers
accounts management, contract administration, escrow processing, and construction
project coordination.
Vicki Hamilton
Vicki Hamilton is a licensed real estate broker and Manager of Sales and Marketing. Since
1982 she has participated in project planning, development, marketing and
management.
Tiffini Brock
Tiffini works as Ord & Rodgers customer service liaison
and assists in on-site home sales. As a licensed real estate agent, she is responsible
for all homeowner communications and marketing distribution.
Gary Church
Gary is the Customer Service Manager and has over 30 years experience
working in the residential, commercial and industrial fields. His
construction background includes architectural design, CAD drafting,
